This Sunday marks exactly 100 years since the First World War ended.  Originally called "Armistice Day" to commemorate the agreement that concluded the war, the 11th of November was renamed "Veterans Day" after the Second World War.  Today it is a day to celebrate all living Veterans. (Memorial Day commemorates those who died in America's battles.)

The Bavarian Bierhaus is a Veteran-owned company and so we take seriously Veterans Day.  We hope that you will too.  No matter where you are this November 11th, thank a Veteran.  And if you do find yourself in the area, visit the Bavarian Bierhaus so that we can thank all Veterans with a FREE third-liter of Bier.

Prost!
